Keith G. McDonnell
Keith, co-owner/designer, was born with the heart of an artist and the mind of an accountant. He graduated from University of Missouri, St. Louis in 1989, degreed in business management and marketing. Keith received his formal experience in the floral industry during his almost 18 years at Botanicals on the Park. He wore many ‘hats’ as manager & designer during his tenure, advancing their floral business by planning thousands of beautifully unique weddings and events.

Dean Riebeling
Dean, co-owner/designer, has been designing fresh flowers since the ripe old age of fifteen. He worked in small, local shops before attending the world-renowned Hixson Floral Design School, where he completed his Masters course in 1982. Dean has worked in fine St Louis shops during his 32-year career including 17 years dazzling the public at Botanicals on the Park. Dean is truly a gifted designer and a limitless resource of creative ideas. His boundless energy and exceptional design skills have made him a sought-after presenter of floral design throughout the industry.

Josh Davis
Josh is another life time floral designer, with more talent than any one person should have. The ‘newcomer’ by Botanicals’ standards, Josh has been professionally designing flowers since 1993. He spent his early career working in small fine shops in southern Missouri, making an impression on the locals and quickly outgrowing the demands placed upon him. Josh transferred to St. Louis to work at the renowned Botanicals on the Park, where his talent and skills were better expressed. Josh was first on the list of employees sought by Botanicals Design Studio, and has already proved himself an award winning designer.

Deborah Hatcher
Debbie has been designing extraordinary florals for over 38 years. (How she can do this while still being 27 years old is a mystery!) She has worked at several fine florists throughout the country and was co-proprietor of Garden Designers, specializing exclusively in wedding and event decor. Debbie joins Botanicals Design Studio after long standing personal friendships with the owners. Debbie's innovative approach and intuitive style are welcome additions to the BDS team.

Jerry Boyer
Multi-talented doesn't begin to describe Jerry. During his varied career, Jerry has been actor, dancer, merchandiser, window display artist, and a talented floral designer. Jerry was responsible for the lavish displays at Botanicals on the Park thoughout many years. Jerry joined Botanicals Design Studio reinstating his career as floral designer and display merchandiser.
